Fit 4 Her caters for women who want privacy and comfort while working out with the best facilities to use. Many women prefer to work-out privately which we understand and have created a gym for all women to enjoy.

Lauren
(Gym Manager)

With over 8 years in the fitness industry, I've discovered my true passion: helping women achieve their goals and gain the confidence they deserve. I hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and am currently studying for my Level 3 Sports Massage certification to expand my knowledge and offer more holistic support to my clients. Before finding my love for fitness, I earned a degree in Dance, which has not only shaped my creative approach to training but also played a key role in developing the confident, bubbly, and outgoing person I am today. I believe in the power of movement—whether it's through dance or fitness—to transform lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy attending dance classes, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with my loved ones. My goal is to inspire others to feel empowered, strong, and confident in their own bodies, just as I have.

My name is Seema and I hold a degree in Health Nutrition and Exercise Science. Reflecting on my journey, I would have never imagined that I would become a gym instructor, especially since I was never particularly drawn to gym activities. My perspective on fitness was shaped by my belief in the importance of staying active, which I embraced through sports during my school years. Initially, my primary motivation for pursuing this degree was to deepen my understanding of nutrition, as I aspire to become a registered dietitian. I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and its role in overall health, but it was my experience working with elderly individuals during my studies that truly transformed my view on fitness. This opportunity revealed how meaningful support and guidance can enhance the quality of life for others, sparking a genuine passion for helping people on their fitness journeys.

(GYM INSTRUCTOR)

I’m a third-year student at Solent University, where I study Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science. I’m passionate about all things sports and fitness! In my spare time I enjoy going on dog walks, socialising with my friends and going to the gym. My love for the gym began with my involvement in cricket, a sport I've played for 16 years at both participation and county levels. For the past three years, I've been coaching cricket with the Hampshire Cricket Board. This love for coaching fuelled my motivation in to earning my Level 2 Exercise gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications through embedded courses at university. I find coaching just as rewarding as participating, and I’m excited to help others achieve their goals no matter how big or small to get them 1% better each day to a healthier lifestyle.

I am the Sales Advisor at FIT4HER Gym. I assure to offer a diverse experience to our team and members and have recently transitioned into the fitness industry, where I have made a successful journey. You can catch me on shift at the gym every Saturday and Sunday.
When I’m not at the gym, I’m busy pursuing my goals of becoming a nurse. My passion for fitness is running achievements, including half and full marathons.
I was formerly a ballerina, I have since embraced various dance forms and have always had a keen interest in the beauty industry.

Hi my names Faith, I’m excited to be starting a career I’m passionate about and even more excited after meeting so many lovely and welcoming people already. I haven’t met you all yet but so far you’ve all shown me what a lovely community it is to be apart of so far.
My passion for fitness seriously started when I was 16. I started college not knowing what I wanted to do. So I choose business; however I was quick to realise I wasn’t really interested in it therefore I dropped out after a couple of weeks and got a job. This is when I started going to the gym more as I only worked round the corner.
I soon realised my passion was fitness and I loved the community. So I then restarted college doing Level 3 fitness and personal training. The 2 years flew by and I have had some great experiences in the community so far and can’t wait to carry on and dive deeper.

Hello, my name is Grace and I am the new sales manager here at Fit4Her.
I am very passionate about exercise and keeping fit. I love to spend my spare time in the gym but also socialising with friends and family. Gym for me has been something I have loved for 10+ years and have always been a keen gym goer most of my adult life. After not knowing what career path I wanted to take in my teenage years, i finally decided I wanted to learn how to be a personal trainer and gym instructor during lock down 2020 and started studying in that time. I then went onto becoming a fully qualified personal trainer and started working in the gym I trained at. I have loved every second of making people feel the best versions of themselves and hope to carry this on in the future.

Our classes are for all women who want to get in the best shape of their lives with a bit of fun. Our different classes target different muscle groups and include all kinds of exercises. Fit 4 Her classes give you a on going source of encouragement and motivation that can fit into your fitness regime. All classes are run by trained female staff members.
